“ There is a very cozy central place in Monterrey, with a taste for taking advantage of the beautiful old houses and giving it a touch of modernity; Their excellent freshly brewed coffee with great Oaxacan flavor, I had three delicious cups, we went to breakfast and the menu offered few dishes, and the ones we ordered were delicious. Young entrepreneurs, they opted for a chef from Oaxaca, named Oscar, the barbecue was exquisite. A unique flavor, with their piquin sauce and their freshly made tortillas, the salmon baguell cured by them and in large quantities, with a blanched egg, with ricotta cheese, delicious capers, we loved it. Andres, owner of the restaurant, was super attentive, he took us to the mix shop he has with exclusive mezcals, we tasted them and they were super delicious. He told us that from Tuesday to Saturday after two another menu comes in to make it a bar with drinks and exquisite dishes. Would we return? Of course yes, always betting on the talent of young people and supporting local entrepreneurs. Turn around, you'll see that you'll love it. ”
